The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 20, after line 43, by adding thereto a new subsection, designated subsection (d), to read as follows:

(d) The provisions of this section are effective on January 1, 2024;

And,

On page 4, section 17, after line 43, by adding thereto a new subsection, designated subsection (d), to read as follows:

(d) The provisions of this section are effective on January 1, 2024;.
